Noor Hemour is the Executive Manager of the Syria Development Centre. Holding a Master's degree in Business Administration from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, Noor is a strategic-minded professional with over ten years of experience in the NGO sector. Noor has extensive expertise in programme development, governance, and management, designing, implementing, and overseeing a variety of programmes aimed at achieving organisational objectives. Noor is primarily responsible for implementing and enhancing compliance measures, ensuring adherence to legislation as well as internal and external policies with donors, partners and governments. Noor's meticulous attention to detail and commitment to excellence have significantly contributed to the centre's success. Additionally, Noor is a co-founder of the Abjad Initiative for Education, which enhances educational opportunities for underserved communities.
